Biography:

Hugo Novotny is currently member of the Coordinating Committee, president of the World Center of Humanist Studies and director of the Research Center Park Punta de Vacas in Mendoza (Argentina), where he lives.

From 2009 to 2010 he was member of the PR Team for the World March for Peace and Nonviolence. He is also founder and member of Moscow Center of Humanist Studies (1996).

From 1972 he is involved in the philosophical and social trend of Universal Humanism, which was founded by the Latin American thinker and writer Silo (Mario Rodriguez). Since that time he is a member of Community of Silo's Message. He has a level of mental discipline teacher in the Silo`s school.

Hugo Novotny is also founder of Center for humanistic studies "Aconcagua" in Punta de Vacas, Argentina (2009).
