Biography:

Boguslaw Banaszak is a professor of law, specialist in constitutional law and administrative law.
In 1975 he graduated from the University of Wroclaw.

In the 1994 he was a visiting professor at the University of Vienna.

Prof. Banaszak is lecturer of constitutional law and administrative law at the University of Wroclaw and the Collegium Polonicum in Slubice.
Since 2000 till 2001 Prof. Banaszak was a member of the Advisory Council for Human Rights at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. In 2004 he received a honorary doctorate from the University of Pecs (Hungary) and in 2010 - from the University of Pitesti, Romania.

Since 2010 Prof. Banaszak is corresponding member of the Spanish Royal Academy of Sciences and also  serves as advisor of ombudsman and president of the Legislative Council of the Prime Minister.

He is author of more than 250 scientific researches, among which are monographs, books, studies and articles. Dozens of them were published abroad (in Hungary, Austria, Germany, France, Chile, South Korea, the Netherlands).
