Mrs. Andrushenko graduated from the Kiev State Institute of Theatrical Art In 1986 (diploma with honors).


Since 1997 till 2001 she served as a roundtable and press-conference moderator  in the “Arguments and Facts” newspaper and then (2002-2010) in “Komsomolskaya Pravda” newspaper.

Mrs. Andrushchenko is a deputy general director of the company “Business Dialogue” and a member of the Presidential Council of the Russian Federation for promotion a positive image of Russia abroad.

She is author of different articles, publications and films and holder of various honors and awards (“Talent and Vocation” Medal of the World Charitable Alliance “Peacemaker”; special prize of Russian contest for regional journalists (All-Russian Public Organization “Business Russia”) “For the active position, courage and integrity to protect the business from hostile takeovers”; diploma of The St. Andrew the First-Called Foundation “For strengthening Russian statehood and the increase of Russian national glory”; honorary member of The St. Andrew the First-Called Foundation)
