Biography:

Since 2009 Evgeniya Troitskaya serves as head of the division at Federal agency for the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS), compatriots living abroad and international humanitarian cooperation, Russian Federation.

She graduated Moscow State Mining University (Economy), Moscow Diplomatic Academy to the MFA of Russia (International relations), Moscow State University, postgraduate course (political science).

She provides support to the agency leaders  in cooperation in scientific, cultural, informational and humanitarian fields with Russian and foreign public authorities, as well as with international, regional, and non-governmental organizations; participate in the implementation of federal and regional programs for the support of overseas Russian compatriots, promoting Russian educational services and organizing various Russian cultural festivals, exhibitions, concerts and cinematic events etc., with participation by the leading masters of Russian culture (project budgeting planning and management).

Her former position is administrative assistant, National Financial Group, Moscow (2006 – 2009)
