Biography:

In 1976 she graduated from the law faculty of the Perm State University and started her legal career.
From 1980 to 1995 she was a lecturer of the International Law in the Perm State University.

In 1995 she was appointed as a judge of The Supreme Commercial Court of Russian Federation. She is an expert on procedural law at the Council of Europe, a member of working team of the Advisory Council for Foreign Investments under the Government of the Russian Federation, vice-president of Russian branch of the International Law Association, a permanent member of The European Union Coordinating Board, a member of The Interdepartmental committee of the Russian Federation for the Council of Europe, a member of The Coordinating Committee for cooperation with the IMF on legal reforms in Russian Federation.

Since 2000 she has been the chair of International Law in the Russian Academy of Justice.

Tatiana Neshataeva has more than 25 years of legal experience and the highest judicial qualification class.
She is PhD in law, professor and the author of more than 150 scientific articles on private and public international law.
Mrs. Neshataeva is honored lawyer of The Russian Federation and awarded “Honorable judge” Prize in 2009.
