Vladimir Vasylenko graduated from Mogilev Technological Institute, (refrigerating and compressor machines and systems) and Academy of Management under the auspices of the President of the Republic of Belarus, (economy and management).
He was a participant of military actions in the territory of the Democratic Republic of Afghanistan as a 5th class air-separation operator.
He served as shift-foreman at Ammonia Refrigerating and Compressor Systems, Secretary of the Young Communist League Committee of the Production Department, Deputy Secretary of the Young Communist League Committee of the Association, Assistance Head of Synthetic Fiber Department, department head of “Khimvolokno” Republican Unitary Production Enterprise.
Currently he is deputy of the Mogilev Regional Council of Deputies and the head of the Standing Commission on Legitimacy and Law Order.
He was awarded “For Gallantry” medal of the USSR, five medals of the Republic of Belarus, six medals of non-governmental organizations, honorary diplomas of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus, of the Defense Ministry of the Republic of Belarus, of the Mogilev Regional Council of Deputies, Diploma of the Presidium of the Supreme Council of the USSR.
