Biography:

Natalia Dubinina graduated from Moscow State University of International Relations with Honor. She has a PhD degree in Modern History. After a short period of scientific research at the Center of Interdisciplinary studies (Ministry of Foreign Affairs) she was employed by UNESCO (Paris) and The United Nations (New York) as an international civil servant. During the “perestroika” Natalia worked for the Institute of Europe (Russian Academy of Sciences) with the governmental mission of building the bridges between the new Russia and Western European institutions (EU, Council of Europe, NATO). She successfully combined this task with her professorship and journalistic experience and published several books.

In 1991 Natalia Dubinina joined FD Group of Companies – the first private operator for commodities export/import operations in Russia - as the vice-president for development and investments.  She was consulting a number of multinational and european companies interested in the Russian market. She was the president of the International Association Imaginaria  promoting the East-West communication.
Since 1994 Natalia is running the “KLEPA” - publishing and production house, which has a lot of honors and public decorations for its contribution to education and cultural programs.

 In 2005 Natalia Dubinina became the adviser of the president of the Cultural Committee of Russian state Duma.

Natalia has a great experience in public organizations (International Federation of Journalists, Guild of Press Publish (GIPP), International League of Education and culture , Centre for National Glory of Russia,  the Academy of Patronage); she is the vice-president of IWF Russia and at served for two terms the international Board of IWF ( International Women’s Forum).
